Excuses excuses Writing this email out of desperation after waiting 5 months for a simple door. Manolo works fast but too fast. This person could be fantastic but for a few details is horrible instead. Does not have the patience to listen to the client and makes the client feel like she imposes and as a result things are not done propertly, worst of all, we are waiting since February (5 months) for a vidreria (glass door). Every week it's another excuse. The vidreria is all paid up but I don't think it will ever be installed. Manolo doesn't find the time to make the frame and have it installed.
