This time we browsed each of the 6+ floors they have and realized they stock a huge selection of fashion, shoes, home items and food goods. I was very impressed at the quality of their goods and the friendly service of all associates in each department. The highlight was visiting their cafe restaurant on the top floor. They had everything from paella, pizza & pasta, Asian, baked goods to desserts. The dining area with its expansive views was worth the visit alone.

Are they good quality? nope Will they last for years? hah, right. Stylish? depends on who you're asking. likely not. cheap? absolutely. Did I buy anything? sure. a pair of knock-off uggs for my mum & slippers for the home. 6 euros each. you can't beat that. You can find parkas and jackets for under 20 Euros, and exercise clothes for super cheap. Perfect for if you're in a pinch and need something without breaking the bank. the clothes are probably made by children in sweatshops - I don't know how anything can be sold at those prices... my conscience won't let me go back and purchase more from them... the slippers aren't even all that comfortable... but my bank account... sigh.

In July of 2016 I purchased several items. But this was May. Not only was the selection limited, but the discounts were mostly 30 percent. I did see a beautiful jean jacket with an evil eye broche. I would have purchased it. But the medium one fit me tight. They didn't have a large one. Desigual runs small. If you go when the big sales are going on in the summer in Spain, I recommend you visit. I like Desigual's colourful clothes, but the pricing is somewhat harsh to me, so I was really happy that I discovered this outlet and could buy a few new pieces for my boyfriend and myself 50 or even 70 percent off. The highlight of the shopping experience was that Desigual is running a promotion in Summer 2016, and as our purchase exceeded a certain value, we were treated to a 90 minute complimentary boat trip. Luckily enough, there were still spots for the next day, so we could take our only chance to use our vouchers. I find the idea just brilliant and added a really nice memory to our holiday in Barcelona. Unfortunately I can also report about their exchange process now - I did not check one of the items well enough and only noticed at the hotel that it was a bit damaged by the 50 percent off badge. There were no other dresses like that in my size, so I took another one - everything ran quickly and flawlessly.

The location is good; it is right by the beach, and there is the Hilton Hotel across the way. The mall has three floors, including an outdoor area, which has a number of places to eat, including a Gino's Restaurant, as well as American fast food giants McDonald's and Five Guys. As you enter, you can find more big American brands inside, including Starbucks, Dunkin and Subway. Alcampo (large supermarket), Deichamann, Kiko Milano, Levi's, Primark and Sephora have stores here; there is also a small Nespresso stand. As I was staying at the Hilton Diagonal Mar during my August 2024 trip to Barcelona, I did visit this mall quite often, although it wouldn't be somewhere I'd go out of my way to visit. 3* - I do prefer La Maquinista or the city centre when shopping in Barcelona, as both have specific benefits over Diagonal Mar, but this is one of the few indoor shopping centres within the city, and it certainly is worth a visit on a rare rainy day or if you're looking to visit one of the stores or restaurants located here.

El sábado después de casi un hora en espera, alguien nos atiende por teléfono diciéndonos de volver a llamar él lunes. Ninguna disculpa i explicación por supuesto... El lunes, nos dan una cita el martes por la tarde, de nuevo cogiendo día de festivo al trabajo, y a esperar la entrega. Toda la tarde esperando, viendo el tracking diciendo que somos los próximos clientes... minutos ... horas (el camión se supone estar a 10minutos de mi casa) y nadie se presenta. Toda la tarde por recivir un put# mensaje diciendo que la entrega no se hizo porque nadie estaba en casa !!!!! CONFORMA sois una grande vergüenza, cobrar SI !! Pero ser eficaz ..... es otra cosa. No compréis allá. No tendréis el servicio que debéis tener.

As a recent expat in the process of getting our flat together, I'll admit I had some trepidation…read morecoming to Conforama after seeing a bunch of negative posts on Google... and the only Yelp review was seven years old. But life is an adventure, and I wanted to see that part of Badalona anyway. I'm only quasi-fluent in Español, and the sales clerk quickly handed us off to a young lady that was somewhat conversant in English, so together we could be pretty specific about what we were looking for. Mind you, my wife and I had an unfettered half hour first to look and browse before asking for help; I much prefer this to being smothered by salespeople as you first walk in the door! We'd spotted a recliner sofa that we liked - A LOT - and was about € 400,00 less than a similar sofa we'd seen elsewhere. (I'm a fan of saving € 400,00 whenever I can.) Once we'd asked for help, we were told about the microfiber it was made of (cleans up with WATER, no soaps needed!) and about the 5 year warranty on the reclining features, 10 years on the fabric. Nice! Delivery and setup (on our 14th-floor flat) was only € 25,00. So... Here's where the Google reviews had us a bit alarmed. Many said that the delivery was taking months, the merchandise was damaged, etc. We had NO PROBLEMS at all with either. They called to schedule a delivery (within days of purchase) and were prompt on the agreed-upon morning. They assembled it in fewer than 10 minutes (after having lugged it up the stairs - it wouldn't fit in the elevator!) They took a photo of the finished product and left. Then we got a call to find out if we were pleased with the delivery and setup, as well as with the sofa. Today we're in search of some more furnishings for our place. We're heading to Conforama first!
