New Review : Well…read moreSebring Location has shut down and I have since moved to avon park where the main location is. This is Still a great little video store. They also provide mins for most Prepaid phones and is the one and only local location that sells 10$ boost reup cards!! The also sell Video games and systems, and prepaid internet (for good price), and from what I can tell (havent checked it out yet) public use of gamesystems in store. The Owner and His employees are great friendly and welcoming and Maryjane is still great eyecandy and wonderfull at profiding fabulous customer service Origional review vvvvvvvvvvv NOTE I am actually reviewing the Sebring Location Located next to sweetbay. This place is small but the service is well above Par and the selection is actually top notch. They dont have it they will get it. We Love the folks that work there. Loydd (aka Cowboy) is funny and once you get to know Him is half the fun of going, and Maryjane is sweet and nice eye candy ;) We have spent many an hour in this little video store. Well worth checking out.

Never again. I felt like a criminal! I was treated rudely…read moreby the staff, and even more so once I began getting aggravated about the way I was being treated. My son turned in two games, for which they "generously" gave $2. After finding one he liked, (which was about $6) we went to check out, only to find that, for the $2 trade-in, I had to give my driver's license, THUMB-PRINT, sign the screen...all BEFORE even scanning my debit card...THREE times. I was then told, "It's telling me this is an invalid card". Trying not to allow my head to explode off my shoulders, I explained that it was in fact VERY VALID. By then I was so distraught, and felt so violated (I've had less trouble purchasing a firearm!) I just left with, "I'm done. Give me my TWO DOLLAR games back...and here's YOURS back...and I WON'T be back!" All he kept saying was it was "Florida State law...like in a pawn shop". REALLY? MY THUMB PRINT for $2??? Holy cow....no thanks. Now, I'm worried that I'm going to get hacked...after all, Big Brother now has all my information. I'm surprised I didn't have to give a DNA sample...Just sayin' I'll pay full price in the future, thank you very much.....

He informed me of what pokemon site to go to and find out about all of the upcoming releases. I called 10 stores today and they all very coldly said "we're sold out"!
