Do yourself a favor and don't use this company. They use cheap materials. They installed a new glass in my window and less than a month it has a long fracture / crack on it. They won't replace it. You been warned. read more

They replaced my porches 26 year old torn vinyl windows with new and stronger vinyl windows and a door too. They did a fantastic job and was better than I thought. They even used a Construction Tracking Website to keep track of everything for it. This was great too. I recommend them. They installed a storm door for me in the spring (after waiting 5 months to get it delivered) and the installer did not complete the installation as the salesman promised. When installing the door he drilled holes for the closer only to find they drilled in the wrong place. I now have three holes in my door and they will not respond to complete the promised repair. The door was also installed so that it hits my existing primary door and does not close correctly. Again, I have reached out multiple times to get them back out but they will not respond. I would'nt recommend this company AT ALL!! I'm very disappointed that I paid them in FULL and still haven't came out to fix all the issues they left behind. They took my money and haven't sent anyone. I've spoken to their Manger John and he agreed to have it fixed (They claim they left tons of voicemail ?). " "If I paid in full and needed this done, Why would I ignore them?". For what I paid for it should look something super professional. But instead I hired a company that does a crappy job has the worse customer service. And I'm just done with them. Take your money else where or be ready to take them to small claims court, bc they'll give you the run around. read more

My husband and I replaced all the single pane windows in our 2006 home with white Softlight double light Imperial windows from Central Windows in April, 2015. We got quotes from two other businesses. We chose Central Windows as we were impressed with the professionalism and the lack of a "dog and pony" show that we had gotten from one of the companies. Jim, the salesperson, was easy to work with, honest, and helpful He was very knowledgeable, and we had confidence that we were getting the best windows for our home. The windows came in on time and were installed in a timely manner. The workers were polite, respectful of our house, and neat.. Even though we were not in "dire" need of new windows, we could feel the difference in the amount of heat that came through the windows, especially in our breakfast nook. They also were so much more attractive than our old bronze windows. The real test for me came during Hurricane Irma. Our area was fifty miles from the eye, and we had winds from 75 to 100 mph with driving rain. The windows held up beautifully, with not one single leak or problem. Very happy with Central Windows. Plan to go back to get a replacement sliding glass door for entrance to our lanai when we can. read more
