Please see below in the bullet point list for what I had sent FuturHealth support. They are refusing to give me a partial refund for the 6 month membership fee (full fee is $597) that was charged on March 29th. They forced me to have 2 "doctor" appointments to resolve what was their issue (wanting to send me tirzepatide which I have never been on and did not consent to) and they are trying to use that to justify not giving me a partial refund. Additionally, I canceled on May 1st and received email confirmation of the cancellation and that "once the partial refund is processed, your account will be automatically terminated, and access will end immediately." I contacted them again this morning and they told me that my medication shipped. They have a Membership Satisfaction guarantee and I am not satisfied. 1. They had me confused with another patient and called me Ana 2. They were going to ship medication (tirzepatide) that I have never been on 3. They asked me for blood work that had already been submitted in September that is good for a year that should have been part of my medical record 4. They said there was an issue with payment for my meds - American Express told me that there are no declined charges 5. They made me have 2 unnecessary doc appointments and neither of them knew what was going on 6. They are supposed to to be supervising my medical care yet they don't even know who I am or what medication I am on so this is a medical liability and I no longer have confidence in this company 7. They told me that they would update me within 48-72 hours and they have not read more

On July 26, 2025, I paid $410.72 for a weight loss plan and met with a telemed "healthcare" professional. The medication arrived as promised. When it was time to ask for more medication, I was charged an additional $397. What? The program stated that I would receive 3 months of medication for $410. Deceptive advertising? Absolutely. I immediately requested a refund. I did receive a refund for the $397. However, false advertising is not right. I would have NEVER paid $410.72 for one month of medication. I have called customer support 3 times. I have only received $40.70 in a refund. I want a full refund. One month of medication does nothing. They stated that once I opened the medication, I would not be eligible for a refund. But how would I have known that I was going to continue paying $397 for each month of medication? I received an email denying my full refund with no way to contact a human. So I had to call customer service again. I just finished with my 3rd representative. I will be reporting the company to Yelp, TrustPilot, the BBB, and the FTC. DO NOT use this company. Future Health, do better. Run your advertising copy through legal. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my refill appointment on the 20th of March and it's now the 6th of April (17 days later) and I still do not have my refill. I paid both the monthly due of $147 as well as the $399 for the medication on the 20th. every time I've asked why I haven't received it I continue to get the response of " we have escalated it ". today I reached out again and after 31 minutes of trying to get a response I finally gave up. my next stop after this review is reporting them to the BBB. This was never disclosed nor was it advertised. This is deceptive advertising. I immediately requested a refund. Customer support claims to have refunded (partially) but to a different credit card number than what I used to pay the $597. They claim that they've refunded and that's all they will do on their part. All they say is call your credit card company. I did and they don't see any refund coming through. So I am out $597. Addendum It took me lodging complaints on Trust Pilot, BBB and on their Facebook posts, but they finally refunded the full amount. So I'll increase my rating by one more star, but it took a lot on my part to see this through. read more

I supposedly bought a six month plan for $597, although the actual charge was $626.06. The Nurse Practitioner was not listening to me. I had been on a blood thinner and had to stop when I fell and injured my knee. I take 800mg Ibuprofen for my knee. Anyone knows you can't take those two together. I also need help with the weight loss for my knee and heart disease. I am pre-diabetic. i am an excellent candidate for tirzepatide. I was denied coverage by Tricare West. Now FuturHealth has charged me an addtional $397 and told me they can't ship my second month of medication. The stress of having to call customer service is so not helpful. This company is a total scam. They charged us multiple times for nothing. Even after cancelling our card through them, they went silent for months and then resurfaced and continue to charge are card while claiming they had no record of our encounter/charge. FuturHealth had treated me as good as I could expect. My meds are delivered on time for the agreed price. They send multiple reminders about remembering to take your med or to get your blood test if needed or video meetings. I specifically want to call out Dicia Weaver PA. I meet with her yesterday just to discuss some blood test findings. It was on time and quick though I had lots of time to get my questions asked. See was delightful to talk with and obviously knew her business I am very happy to have gotten hooked up with FuturHealth! read more

The whole thing sucks. They mislead you into purchasing a program that includes medication when you are just purchasing the app and the support that comes along with it which they do not clarify in the beginning. I felt like I was scammed. Then when I asked for a refund, they sent me an email saying it was being processed, but it never came so I had to call and re-request at which point they said they had no documentation of my prior refund so I had to start the whole process over. This is a bogus, scam company. I have been injecting myself with your version of terzepide since August, paying $417 a month, which is very difficult for me to come by. While I lost some weight initially, I have not budged in the past three months. I spoke to my clinician. I had a zoom meeting with her and she told me that there is an ingredient that is used in your compound called L - Carnitine, which has been found to be INEFFECTIVE for weight loss. She told me that there have had complaints from many many customers that they are not losing weight and have been hungry, as I have been. She actually gave me the main number for your company to ask for a REFUND . I immediately called that number , spoke with someone who told me that the information that the clinician gave me was false- that people HAVE been losing weight. This company has poor customer service. There are also patient safety concerns. I received the medication of another patient. I also received the wrong dosage of my medication ie. I received the starting dosage of tirazepatide when i had already been on escslting doses and had last received 7.5 mg.
