Please see below in the bullet point list for what I had sent FuturHealth support. They are refusing to give me a partial refund for the 6 month membership fee (full fee is $597) that was charged on March 29th. They forced me to have 2 "doctor" appointments to resolve what was their issue (wanting to send me tirzepatide which I have never been on and did not consent to) and they are trying to use that to justify not giving me a partial refund. Additionally, I canceled on May 1st and received email confirmation of the cancellation and that "once the partial refund is processed, your account will be automatically terminated, and access will end immediately." I contacted them again this morning and they told me that my medication shipped. They have a Membership Satisfaction guarantee and I am not satisfied. 1. They had me confused with another patient and called me Ana 2. They were going to ship medication (tirzepatide) that I have never been on 3. They asked me for blood work that had already been submitted in September that is good for a year that should have been part of my medical record 4. They said there was an issue with payment for my meds - American Express told me that there are no declined charges 5. They made me have 2 unnecessary doc appointments and neither of them knew what was going on 6. They are supposed to to be supervising my medical care yet they don't even know who I am or what medication I am on so this is a medical liability and I no longer have confidence in this company 7. They told me that they would update me within 48-72 hours and they have not read more

On July 26, 2025, I paid $410.72 for a weight loss plan and met with a telemed "healthcare" professional. The medication arrived as promised. When it was time to ask for more medication, I was charged an additional $397. What? The program stated that I would receive 3 months of medication for $410. Deceptive advertising? Absolutely. I immediately requested a refund. I did receive a refund for the $397. However, false advertising is not right. I would have NEVER paid $410.72 for one month of medication. I have called customer support 3 times. I have only received $40.70 in a refund. I want a full refund. One month of medication does nothing. They stated that once I opened the medication, I would not be eligible for a refund. But how would I have known that I was going to continue paying $397 for each month of medication? I received an email denying my full refund with no way to contact a human. So I had to call customer service again. I just finished with my 3rd representative. I will be reporting the company to Yelp, TrustPilot, the BBB, and the FTC. DO NOT use this company. Future Health, do better. Run your advertising copy through legal. You are running an unethical business model. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my refill appointment on the 20th of March and it's now the 6th of April (17 days later) and I still do not have my refill. I paid both the monthly due of $147 as well as the $399 for the medication on the 20th. every time I've asked why I haven't received it I continue to get the response of " we have escalated it ". today I reached out again and after 31 minutes of trying to get a response I finally gave up. my next stop after this review is reporting them to the BBB. Use another company, this one will just steal your money! read more

Future Health Inc - Chiropractors Near Me - Carroll, Iowa

Totally crap company, hard to get your meds on time, needed to get my dosage amount and the could not tell me that, they charge you for the meds and they never arrive, and talking with the overseas customer service is a nightmare, please do not use this company!! read more

I paid $597 for a weighloss plan and met with a telemed "healthcare" professional. Right afterwards, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $399 per month. This was never disclosed nor was it advertised. This is deceptive advertising. I immediately requested a refund. Customer support claims to have refunded (partially) but to a different credit card number than what I used to pay the $597. They claim that they've refunded and that's all they will do on their part. All they say is call your credit card company. I did and they don't see any refund coming through. So I am out $597. Addendum It took me lodging complaints on Trust Pilot, BBB and on their Facebook posts, but they finally refunded the full amount. So I'll increase my rating by one more star, but it took a lot on my part to see this through. read more

FuturHealth's advertising is very misleading!! The 3 months of medication is not included in the initial "subscription"cost. Their "so called subscription" certainly isn't worth the $397 was paid. Terrible business practice and I don't recommend them as I don't want anyone else to be ripped off. read more

dont waste your time and money!! the app sucks ! customer service sycks and shipping time sucks!!

I supposedly bought a six month plan for $597, although the actual charge was $626.06. The Nurse Practitioner was not listening to me. I had been on a blood thinner and had to stop when I fell and injured my knee. I take 800mg Ibuprofen for my knee. Anyone knows you can't take those two together. I also need help with the weight loss for my knee and heart disease. I am pre-diabetic. i am an excellent candidate for tirzepatide. I was denied coverage by Tricare West. Now FuturHealth has charged me an addtional $397 and told me they can't ship my second month of medication. The stress of having to call customer service is so not helpful. I will probably have to cancel my credit card to make it stop. Everything else is going just exactly as the other negative reviews on here. Don't do it! read more

This company is a total scam. They charged us multiple times for nothing. Even after cancelling our card through them, they went silent for months and then resurfaced and continue to charge are card while claiming they had no record of our encounter/charge. It was only when we filled a fraud charge and went through the BBB that our money started to be refunded. read more

They are great when you are paying them, just don't try and stop service!! They keep charging credit card and say they have no record (but your credit card statement does!). Typical scam when you want to stop service!! read more

They're scammers. I signed up accidentally and as soon as I did I called and canceled the program. supposed to be starting my second month, but all of a sudden there are billing issues. My cards are being declined (I tried 4 different ones). Did the online chat twice and called their customer service and had absolutely NO HELP. Was send to the "doctor" he was no help. Wanted a membership re-imbursement and I got nothing... I paid $597 for a weight loss plan (membership for lower rates for upcoming months), was told it would be $149/mo after. Starting the second I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $399 per month for the medicine. Now I am out $597... SCAM! read more

FuturHealth had treated me as good as I could expect. My meds are delivered on time for the agreed price. They send multiple reminders about remembering to take your med or to get your blood test if needed or video meetings. I specifically want to call out Dicia Weaver PA. I meet with her yesterday just to discuss some blood test findings. It was on time and quick though I had lots of time to get my questions asked. See was delightful to talk with and obviously knew her business I am very happy to have gotten hooked up with FuturHealth! read more

Horrible customer service. Complete scam. I had nothing but problems from day 1. I was charged the wrong amount and sent the wrong medication. After trying to cancel my account and disputing multiple credit card charges for 6 weeks, they said my account is finally cancelled. I'll believe it when i see it and don't get another charge on my credit card next month. read more

The whole thing sucks. They mislead you into purchasing a program that includes medication when you are just purchasing the app and the support that comes along with it which they do not clarify in the beginning. I felt like I was scammed. Then when I asked for a refund, they sent me an email saying it was being processed, but it never came so I had to call and re-request at which point they said they had no documentation of my prior refund so I had to start the whole process over. Their customer service is terrible. The whole process is not a good one and I definitely do not recommend. I regret working with them. read more

I responded to an online ad. After completing the questions they offered Semaglutide GP1 at a discounted monthly fee of a one time payment of $597 for six months. I chose the six moth payment. We they sent second months supply they again charged me $397. When I called to request a refund they told me they would cancel my membership but not refund. This is a total scam. They promise one price but then keep charging you card each month. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM read more

I'm only giving them 2 stars because it works. It's a scam. They lure you in by telling you g you hurry, offer expires in 15 minutes. Get 6 months of treatment for $99 a month or pay $300 a month. The administration of this program is lacking. This is a bogus, scam company. I have been injecting myself with your version of terzepide since August, paying $417 a month, which is very difficult for me to come by. While I lost some weight initially, I have not budged in the past three months. I spoke to my clinician. I had a zoom meeting with her and she told me that there is an ingredient that is used in your compound called L - Carnitine, which has been found to be INEFFECTIVE for weight loss. She told me that there have had complaints from many many customers that they are not losing weight and have been hungry, as I have been. She actually gave me the main number for your company to ask for a REFUND . I immediately called that number , spoke with someone who told me that the information that the clinician gave me was false- that people HAVE been losing weight. She wanted to hook me up with a different clinician. I guess she wanted someone else to give me some more false information. I would like to know why your company continues to prescribe this compound when there is an ingredient in it that is known to be ineffective?? , . what I really want is a REFUND for the past few months. I will not order any more compounds from your company unless I get refunded for the past few months . I have wasted thousands of dollars on this bogus product and am extremely angry and upset. I will be posting this all over social media, to the Better Business Bureau and on yelp, which I've already done. read more

Much like many others, I must say the communication/customer service is chaos. I have been waiting for medications for a month and made multiple phone calls, sent multiple emails, and texted. As another reviewer said, I always told it is being "escalated" and "we are so sorry you have had a problem". But still no medication. Today the say it is "still being processed" and I am out almost $600 and have no medication. Just don't. Just don't. read more

This outfit (Futurehealth.com) is simply a third-party fees collection site. They have ZERO information concerning medicines, diets, or supplements. They pay actual legitimate clinics around the U.S. to do that part, and tack on a healthy cut for themselves. That is why the cost of these medications is TWICE what you can get from your local doctor, even though their commercials state otherwise. Their Customer Support number is FAKE. When you call, it will ring once, then hang up. Their online chat-support is AI-bots. All they will do is keep repeating their fake phone number. And no matter how many times you ask them to call YOU.... of course they will not. But they sure didn't have a problem taking my $400 now did they. STAY AWAY. read more

They take your money right away $299.00 (minimum) and then the first available appointment was a week away and God forbid should you miss it or have to reschedule. Trying to reschedule was a total mess. Three weeks from the start point and just got my Zoom appointment with the Dr. this morning. No success. The doctor asked me two questions and then immediately denied me because I do not have high blood pressure and I am not diabetic. I was not an eligible candidate for weight loss. I am 20lbs overweight ‍ This company WILL NOT give you GLP 1 prescription. Then I was directed to Customer Service to begin the refund process... which stole another 30 minutes of my life. Also, going to be 10 days before I see my refund. ABSOLUTE Waste of time. I have been on GLP 1 weight loss medication before. I highly recommend finding a reputable MEDICAL SPA.
