So here I am, 2 minutes before my workout, finding out that I would be working out with a trainer I barely knew and that I had never discussed my fitness goals with; not to mention, the personal training I had already paid for, was now "guided" training, which I learned means group training. Ummm...well, I certainly hope group training would cost less...Anyways, at my next session I personally spoke to the owner about getting a refund and let her know I would have liked to know before showing up for my workout that both my trainer and my personal training session had been replaced. She smugly sat there with a smirk on her face and made excuses and reasons as to why she was right in not refunding me and I was wrong. She said the new trainer I was working with could continue personal training with me until my sessions run out. How personal can the training be when other clients are there for their sessions at the same time I am and there is only one trainer...whom I have never agreed to training with or talked about my fitness goals with? I am a paying client and this place is not inexpensive by any means. No, instead I am forced to workout there under her chosen circumstances or lose out on my money. Sadly, Linkage has completely lost all trust and respect from me.
