He did a great job packaging up the loose herbs I needed and helping me find ingredients around the store, so it's hard to say anything negative...but I really got bad vibes. He made me a bit uncomfortable standing a bit too close, even going so far as to touch my arm at one point...I was trying to be conversational and nice, but his energy felt off. Again, absolutely love the store, and the first time I went in, I had an amazing woman help me out and it made me want to come back a week later. I'd just be wary.

The fact that you could watch the factory floor from the retail shop was a fun surprise, taking me back to my Mr Rogers show-me-how-the-crayons-are-made days. Service is personable and I could tell that the person working knew most of the regulars.
