The interior of both doors jams was severely scratched by the female locksmith. She obviously didn't know what she was doing. Upon seeing the damage I took photos, asked her to take photos and stated that I would file a claim. I got an estimate from Caliber Collision and provided Courtesy Lock and Key a copy. After two weeks I was offered nothing but a $60 refund. The lady that did the damage refused acknowledgement of doing it, although I still have her text messages proving so. Looks like legal action is the only recourse. If these folks come to unlock your car, do not allow them to touch it. The lady in question even said my truck was not worth fixing, in text! True unprofessionalism.

Double checked the key after job was complete. I noticed that he failed to cut the metal key that is located in the FOB. He was made aware and promised me that he will come to my home and complete the work that I paid for. He did not make good on his promise (several attempts made). I got in touch with him today and he promised again that he will come and finish the job. Now he is not answering his phone like last time. Folks, don't take anyone's word like I did. I'm now sitting here with a car fob with no metal keys in which is necessary for emergencies. Terrible business practice!
