Once Cody had posted new openings on Facebook in the spring of 2022 I knew I had to jump in. He had been a little late for our appointment day of, but had let me know about 30 mins before the appointment. So communication was really good! The price for the gumball and a reroll wasn't all too bad and I ended up with a really cool piece of work. The atmosphere was pretty relaxing, and after we had talked about pokemon and design, he worked on the design while I grabbed lunch. Conversations weren't all too bad, I'm awkward when it comes to keeping a conversation going with new people so any awkward pauses I chalk it up to me. Care instructions were pretty straightforward and its one of my most colorful tattoos, it healed really well! Can't wait to go back for another tattoo soon, and I also can't wait to check out their new laser removal machine. Will update my review when I get around to those.

I had went back to the shop and another employee took a picture and sent them to her - no response, same thing happened again - no response. Had to search for her number and reach out she didn't even offer to take them out and didn't even give a partial refund when they messed up because of her and she tried to blame it on the healing process. Literally got recommended to go to express yourself (they were amazing) by someone in the shop who also said what she was doing wasn't okay and had to go to cowpok (also amazing) to get them out. She fully ghosted me and didn't even offer anything. Both of the other piercers I went to confirmed it was faulty handling and inappropriate length jewelry. I was thinking of going back up but I don't think that would do anything. Everyone else here seems nice so I would only go for tattoos NEVER GO HERE FOR A PIERCING.

I was able to secure a reservation with the owner Mike , I just had to email him a picture of the tattoo design and put down a $40 deposit . The tattoo parlor was clean and cozy , and once I met Mike , I was put immediately at ease . He was great to work with , and knowing this was my first tattoo , he was nice enough to distract me with some conversation and throughly explained the after care procedures. I am very pleased with the results , as was my friend ! I may even get another one in a few years , and I would have them do it again! I contacted Arboreal Ink because I wanted to get my ears pierced. I have had this done twice before years ago at cheap mall kiosks, but the holes never healed, and ended up closing up. After a short email conversation with Britt at Arboreal I made an appointment. Britt is fabulous, and I can't say enough good things about her and my experience here. She spent so much time talking me through the process. You can tell that she loves her job, and has a lot of experience to back that up. We were able to work around the scarring from previous piercings, the new ones were quick and (almost) painless, and I am very happy with the results. Highly recommended!
