This morning I received an email telling me that they could not ship me the mirror and needed to cancel the order. The two reasons stated were they were struggling to get this mirror to me without getting broken or damaged as well as a cost factor that was too large for them. This is absolutely nonsense. Unless they make the mirror at their own facility then it arrives to them already packaged...And if a website says the shipping is free then cancelling an order because of the shipping cost is (at best) ignorance of the cost of doing business or (at worse) a dishonest policy. Very disappointed in this business.

The low rate is mostly because of this same reason: came to visit on an April 2026 Friday late morning, 2 customers at the store (one at the check out counter and one leaving). I saw three employees but not a single one ever looked up to see who had come in to their store. I was actually browsing the vanity lights section on the back where an older lady sat at her big desk with earphones in and never even acknowledged I was there.
