They gave me an estimate window of 2pm-4pm on Wednesday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. She said she would call me back in "3 minutes." She never called me back, but she did send an email to reschedule. Based on no follow through of something basic as a phone call, I went against my gut instinct and decided to give them one more chance. They gave me a one hour window of 2pm-3pm on Thursday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. The apologies sounded insincere as if it was something she was repeating all day long to people. She said she could reschedule me for the following Tuesday, but offered no ownership of the issue and no guarantee that the 3rd time would be any different. If they didn't want the job, then they should have told me. I wouldn't have wasted 2 days off and I wouldn't have written this bad review.

Not only did they answer the phone on a Sunday, but scheduled a technician to come out the next day. Awesome! The technician arrived right on schedule, was very pleasant, and determined within seconds of hearing the A/C turn on that it must be the capacitor for the compressor. I've dealt with capacitors a lot in my life as an electrical engineer, so I knew that that should be a cheap fix. Chinese A/C capacitors sell for $25 on Amazon, so even with a small, local company mark-up I was expecting to get away with maybe a hundred bucks, plus the $95 service charge for coming out. To my surprise they charged me $420 for the capacitor, so with the service charge I paid $515 for a capacitor that Amazon sells for $65 (US made, not Chinese). I believe that at this point, the company is taking advantage of customers when they otherwise have to live in 95 degree heat, and I cannot recommend this company at all!

Precious' tone quickly changed from hanging up on me acting belligerent to calling me back with a 180 degree attitude change. She offered a partial refund of $218 for pushing a button I never asked to be pushed to a full refund. Never got my personal belongings returned or a call from the store owner. They finally sent a different tech out after being told weeks earlier Zach would come out and fix my hot tub panel he left open (screws also missing). That rep told me there isn't even a Precious who works there and the office manager's name is Kathy. Not sure what is going on there but I'm still considering contacting police regarding my stolen property.

While he was not the least expensive electrician, He came in on a Monday/Tuesday/Presidents Day and got the job done. We got what we asked and paid for. His English was perfectly understandable and acceptable. He was professional, arrived on time, is licensed and insured, has a YELP guarantee, cleaned up after himself, was very nice, and drove a clean and professional vehicle. All boxes checked for us, after dealing with some of Floridas WORST for the last 2 years. We appreciate his ability to explain to my husband the process of what he was doing and so excited to finally have all of our issues fixed! He repaired 3 outlets with broken wires, added a dimmer for our Sputnik lamp, and changed out 3 outdated can lights that our contractor tried to cut corner$ and installed without our permission, with 3 beautiful color changing, ceiling flush smart lights.
