I am so excited that I found Dr. Willingham's newly opened practice! Not only could they see both my children but they saw 2 NEW PATIENTS same day! I was super impressed with this and even more impressed with the office when I got there. It was very clean & the staff were just so friendly and thorough. Lastly, my review of the provider. I have 2 teenagers and I am thoroughly impressed with her bedside manner, her attention to detail and overall medical abilities. One of my children is a very involved medical case (to say the least) but she was able to pick up on things and get up to speed fairly quickly. She made sure to speak to them and keep them engaged as patients in their own medical care. Anyone who decides to come here will be very happy with the choice & care they receive.

The wait is typically a little bit long, but I don't mind for such great care for our child!

I actually found this place because Dr. Mynatt was acknowledged in the Atlanta Parent magazine for top 50 pediatricians in Georgia. We see Dr.Mynatt and Ms. Whitney. They are both excellent providers and give thorough examinations. They ask you to fill out a questionnaire for yearly visits to make sure your child is meeting their milestones. They also sit and listen to any concerns you maybe having without watching the clock. They truly make you feel comfortable and they they genuinely care. There nurses are also so friendly and kind. Office staff are excellent for providing any documentation or referrals you need. They also have 2 waiting rooms , one for the sick and one for the well. Love that because you have the option to not be around sick kids if your child is not. You know how easy it is for kids to get sick. We love Locust Grove Pediatrics.

My son had a horrible reaction and was really sick . They was aware and didnt prescribe him epi pens. Thank you God i have some. I went to go get my son tested for AHDH but everywhere I asked how to get started they all said ask your pediatric dr. When I asked her how to go about it she told me to do the leg work myself. "I did and they all sent me to you." After seeking help else where, we got him tested. I was trying to see how do I go about getting my son on med for his ADHD (which again i was told to ask the pediatric dr). I called and they said they were going to get back and hung up on me. My daughter has a newborn had a terrible reaction to one of her vaccines. She was pooping green for weeks. I called the pediatrician. The first time she told me not to worry about it. If it continues please call again. It continued so I called again. I was told by the front desk the pediatrician would call me never got a call. I waited a couple days and called the office once again at this point I had only spoken to the receptionist never to the doctor the pediatrician relied to her receptionist to let me know that my daughter is fine and it will go away about an hour after that. Call the pediatrician call me And says and I "didn't I have a conversation with you over this already with an attitude I go actually I never spoke to you. She goes well. Your child is fine and don't worry about it extremely rude. I have never had a conversation so rude and just not caring about how her patient is doing. That was the last time I ever spoke to the doctor trying to get my child transferred to a different pediatrician was a pain. I'm not sure why because there's never anyone in the office took weeks to get my child's medical records. I would warn you do not come here. I promise you there's a reason why there is no children in the wait room.

Shortly after the referral, CHOA contacted me to schedule our appointment and made it an incredibly smooth process. Although they have multiple locations, the next appointment wasn't available until 3 weeks later - yikes! But that's how healthcare goes so we took what we could and the young lady I spoke to told me that they would call me if anything sooner opened up. Even though nothing opened up, I appreciated that consideration so much! When we arrived, I did not expect it to be so beautiful! It was so bright, open and colorful inside, truly pleasing to the eyes of adults and children alike. I was really blown away by it all. There's also a bunch of paid parking that's available so you're not scrambling to find somewhere to park when going into important appointments. (I wish it were free parking though!) There are several floors catering to the different specializations and wow, this is really an incredible place that tends to pediatric needs of all kinds. On our way out I even saw that there was a small cafeteria in the lobby, perfect for guardians and kids who may have had long appointments. (Or those just wanting a snack?) The team here is really wonderful, from the front desk to the doctors and nurses. From check-in to check-out, any questions or concerns that we had were addressed with such patience. Our appointment with Dr. Raj was incredibly smooth and he was really helpful. We had an issue filling a prescription for our son so I called and the ladies upfront worked to get me the answers I needed. It's never fun to go to the doctor's office, but it's nice to find one that makes the experience smoother. Will definitely continue making any necessary appointments at CHOA!

Refused to see my granddaughter because of a bill…read more I offered to pay and they stated it did not matter because the office person was not there to post the payment. My granddaughter is 10 months old and is sick. She had a scheduled appointment. Why did they not call ahead and say we cant see you unless we get paid. Instead let you drive 30 mins to the office to tell you no mater what she wont be seen. That is horrible customer service. Pediatricians office should show more care about there patients. Hey pick up the phone next time, Oh and payments are made every month.
