I finally reach out to them myself and ask what the outcome was and they continue to explain to me that they went there but nobody was home. Not sure where the confusion was when I explained it just about as clear as I could and then for them to not contact me 1) while on site or 2) after they left is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend using there services as they do not handle their business appropriately.
