I spoke to Mr. Greene in April, and everything seemed efficient at that time. However, he failed to inform me that he sold the company two years ago and wouldn't be working on our well. It was actually another company even though he still works there and they are using both businesses' names (DJ Pumps is the other). That was mid-April when the contract was signed. They didn't come to our property until late June, without warning or communication. The crew that came did nothing but complain about how low Mr. Greene's bid was. Our neighbors' wells average 50 feet deep, but they insisted on drilling until 190 feet, admitting they would get a bonus the further they drilled, also knowing that would raise the consumer price. After a week on our property working very short days and not drilling properly, they gave up and said another crew with a larger drill would have to come out. In all honestly, they didn't know what they were doing and couldn't keep the proper viscosity for the well. There was over a month with not one word from them. I tried multiple times to communicate, but they refused. When they finally came back, they refused to run PVC casing, which would have again met the smaller bid. They never attempted, never communicated, and continued to run the bill up nearly twice the amount that it was guaranteed. Then, after drilling, it took them another 2 weeks before placing the pump. It took well over 6 MONTHS to get the well! I have a doctorate in business and have tried to explain to them how unprofessional they have been, but they refuse to listen and still refuse to communicate professionally and properly. So, I want to ensure others are aware. They pulled the same stunt on one of our neighbors, and if I had known the original business had sold, we would have NEVER chosen this company.
