Within an hour, he returned with the necessary equipment, replaced the pump, and clearly explained the next steps required to restore the system to proper operation. The following day, Jeff brought additional staff to dig down to the tanks and recommended installing risers to prevent unnecessary damage to the yard during future maintenance. Jeff's expertise and his thoughtful recommendations to make the system more maintenance-friendly are what truly set him apart. They told us to follow up within 10 days, which we did and then never returned our calls. I had to email them to get someone to contact me. Once she called, she was on the defensive from GO. Blaming the customer for not reading an invoice and following directions to call when we've called multiple times with no return call. She said only one person gets on the phone with customers and she was out of the office due to illness. WHAT?!? TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!
