When my laptop needed repair I reached out to "Cfix Computers". I dropped off my laptop because I…read moreneeded my power jack replaced. After several weeks with no update, I checked in and it was fixed. I brought it home and 3 days later it crashed for no reason. I was upset since I just paid $100 to have it fixed. So I brought it back in and several weeks go by with no update. I finally got fed up of waiting and I went and got my laptop back. I contacted the company that I originally bought my laptop from to see if they could repair my laptop. I am told that I am missing a hard drive, the power jack was never fixed and they used packing tape to make repairs. They also telll me that replacing the power jack is a 15 minute job and the part is around $10 not even close to a $100 repair. Cfix Computers had ripped me off and taken my hard drive! I called them many times and the owner would not return any of my calls. I also filed with the Better Business Bureau and Cfix Computers ignored them to. I will never bring my electronics to Cfix Computers EVER again!

Would give zero stars if I could…read more Bent pin, ripped cable, adhesive not removed/replace. When I called her out on it, she said, quote "You're crazy lady. You have no idea what happened to that phone" VERY RUDE, VERY CONDESCENDING. And so far manager is ignoring phone calls. Had to another repair shop and ripped cable was 100% caused by prying the phone open with a sharp object. Impossible to be caused by the break. (Break was on the right, torn cable on the left) Don't let your phone out of your sight during the repair. Very quick to bad mouth the competition in the area. Left with phone having more damage than when I dropped it off. Photos to explain.

The guys at Robotnik are great. I initially visited this store because a co worker recommend them…read moreto me, but I've been in multiple times to purchase different things (power adapter, keyboard etc.) and It was always a great experience. The staff is knowledgable, but doesn't feel the need to talk down to you. They are super helpful without being pushy - you really don't feel like they are trying to get you to purchase anything unnecessary. I recently purchased a refurbished iMac and couldn't be happier. The price was amazing and the iMac is working like it just came out of the box! :)
