A day after they left my sprinkler was gushing water, as the PVC had been broken by the tree/root removal. I called and spoke with the owner who said he would come and look at it. I emailed several times and sent pictures. The repair was eventually completed by a sprinkler repair company and the invoice texted to NTR. It has been a month and no response. The repair cost was low ($126.81) compared to the over $2,000 my neighbor and I spent with NTR. More important it is a reflection of how they do not take responsibility when something goes wrong.
