This is a company that when we had a tornado rip thru our area, they rose to help in a big way. They are not like the storm chasers that show up, trying to get you to sign contracts and take off leaving you to deal with the stress of the insurance company adjuster and getting things, like downed trees, dealt with so" if " they can get here we would be ready?? Matt and his crew temporarily sealed us up, went over the costs, would handle getting the Insurance company involved, and also, handle meeting with them. It was a hectic time and they had their hands full but they always made time to address our needs and questions in a very professional, courteous, and timely manner. G&G followed through and handled everything, for the price they quoted and within the time frame promised. Crew showed up on time, very professional and worked quickly! They did an amazing job on the roof. Even put back my satellite dish. Clean up was perfect, wouldn't even know there were workers and construction material everywhere today. I couldn't believe they started at 8am and were done by 3pm same day. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, answered all my questions patiently, and communicated with me throughout the process. I spoke to someone about an estimate on Friday. He said he would have an estimate to me on Monday. I didn't hear back on Monday, so I called and spoke with someone else. They took my info and said I would get a call back. No one called. I called back Wednesday and left a message. They called back. I asked if he was still going to do the estimate. He said he felt it would be a waste of his time. He asked If I would be willing to pay him even though they offer free estimates. I obviously did not offer to pay. I asked if he was going to do the estimate or not. He said probably not. The accusatory tone and lack of respect shown by G&G was beyond acceptable. There is no way that I would even consider recommending this company. I couldn't even get an estimate that they offer. Beyond frustrating. read more
