Alex asked about my business and how the forklift would be used. He quickly assessed what I needed and provided options within my budget. He responded to all my questions and concerns quickly and clearly. He never rushed or pushed me to make a decision and gave me time to discuss within my company what the best option would be as we had other options outside of United Lifttrucks. As we were discussing our options, Alex offered to let us test drive the forklift. He was extremely accommodating and even offered to schedule a weekend appointment. As we were negotiating price, I asked him about trading in my 1970's forklift. To be honest, I didn't expect him to take it as many other companies passed and wouldn't even take it for free. Alex quickly got back to me and actually gave me an offer for my forklift. This was a no brainer for us, so we went ahead with the purchase. Before the forklift was delivered, they replaced the battery, repainted, and serviced it completely. Today, it was delivered. My forklift driver is extremely happy with his new toy, except during the test drive, my driver didn't notice it was a keyless ignition.
