Had a reservation for a one way trailer. We showed up and they told us that they gave the trailer…read moreto someone else and that we needed to go to another U-Haul location on Artesia/Bellflower to pick up. That is very unprofessional. We showed up to other location and they were about to close but we were able to get our trailer. I was informed that when i got to my destination to call and find out where i can drop off the U-Haul trailer because system at the time was not giving them a specific location. When we were ready to drop off trailer i called and found a place, dropped off, and all they said was that i can leave and they will send a text to confirm drop off. Well they charged us for drop off. I was never informed that there was going to be a charge. Very bad service all around. I called customer service to dispute drop off charge and they said i had to drop off trailer to the location stated on paper. I did explain what i was told and i did tell them that no one informed me of any charge for being dropped off at another location. Customer service also said that i got some kind of discount that i was not aware of. Again all customer service is not helpful or informative at all. Very bad service.

I told my customer that I'm going to ride with the 20 footer instead of the 15ft truck.. when you promise keep your promise I'm going to lose money but not my customer U-Haul keep your promise if you never call me I will never get into this problem in reality I just need a 15 footer but I promise and I keep my promise
