They still told me that they would come out and give me a call before they came. They never called, never came, even though I waited at home for them to come. After I sent a message re: the "no call, no show" I received a response saying that they didn't come because I said that other companies were going to come and give me a price. I never told them not to come, and if they didn't want to bother they could have said so. But they made an appointment for that afternoon and then when they didn't show they acted like it was because other companies were coming out - which they knew when they made the appointment. So they don't show and then lie about it.
