At 9:00 a.m. that day, I received an appointment confirmation email that asked me to confirm, which I did. David never appeared. No one emailed or called me - they just left me waiting for nothing. Ghosting a potential or current customer is the most unprofessional thing a company can do, and shows their complete disregard for you by wasting your time. They could have declined the appointment or reached out to say they did not want this work, and anyone would understand that. This was rude and a huge red flag about their business model. They inadvertently did me a favor and have sent me elsewhere.

It was full of hair algae, large pockets of it and the water was murky. Gone were the huge goldfish and being able to see the bottom. Horsetail bamboo seems to be growing out of control. We walked over to the greenhouses and several were filled with blight consumed plants, rows and rows of them. Instead of closing the doors on them, they were wide open spreading the blight across the property. We went through the gift shop and the cashier never acknowledged us, he was sitting in the dark staring at his phone. We are totally disappointed in the loss of a landmark business.
