He arrived with a camera and took pictures of all of the damage and PROMISED that he would have it all repaired and would call me when the he had a estimate on everything damaged. About I week later he called me and said that there was no way that his men could have caused that much damage and more or less insinuated that I had did it myself. Before the move he was in my home and had checked my furniture and found nothing wrong with it. There is no way that I would destroy what it took me a lifetime to own. So when the estimate came in for the cost to repair all the damage his men did he refused to make any kind of restitution and stopped answering my calls . I am a senior woman and because of that he took advantage of the fact I couldn't do anything to force him to do the honest and right thing and pay for what his demolition crew had done to my belongings. So take WARNING and avoided this company at all costs or you will pay the same price that I did. This is not a moving company but a demolition team and the only thing you will get by hiring them is unlimited Stress and astronomical financial loss .They took advantage of me because they thought because I was a old lady and would not fight back. Recently, I went to contact a different furnace technician, not realizing the number I called belonged to Adam. As soon as he recognized who I was, he replied with extremely rude and abusive messages, including calling me the C-word and insulting my husband. I have full screenshots documenting the entire exchange. He is also now claiming that I took two months to pay him. This is not accurate. I paid exactly the amount he originally quoted me, in full, and I have proof of payment. There was absolutely no reason for him to speak to me in the manner that he did. In addition, there is still unresolved damage to my floor from the original installation that was never repaired, despite multiple follow-up attempts on my part. As locals, we support our tradespeople and small businesses, but we also expect professionalism, integrity, and basic respect. This behaviour does not reflect our community or the way people here treat one another. This review reflects my documented experience over the past year. Between the ongoing furnace issues, the unresolved flooring damage, and the abusive communication, I cannot recommend this company.
