I had to be the one to follow up for a status update weekly only to be told "I will check with the lender." repeatedly. No apologies, nothing. At one point, ICC and the lender got into a heated email exchange with me CC'd. How's that for unprofessional? I am not one to ever leave reviews but this was necessary. STAY AWAY.
