Remember, they have to ask for paperwork every few weeks to make sure your personal accounts are in order. It's part of the process to ensure all goes well and was no hassle or bother. Actually, the quicker you can produce them, the faster the process goes for you. They are also very sweet. They always answer any and all of my questions, always keep me in the loop, and even chat with me about regular things. Week 3 into the mortgage process our loan officer Dmitry Kievsky became the most in ept person to ever deal with..They asked for the same paperwork 6 times..and not just one document every document had to be resent 5,6,7 times...I actually started sending the emails with timestamps of the previous email.. They were suppose to request wage transcripts from the IRS well a week before closing they asked us to pull the IRS wage transcript because they dropped the ball and wouldn't have them in time for closing. Dimitrys ability to act like a decent human being is non existent when you start questioning his ability to keep his word and get things done. Others on his team instructed us to stop dealing with him as he has no idea what he is doing. Advice given to us a little to late in the game. TAKE NOTE IF DEALING WITH DMITRY WHEN HE STATES HE WILL GIVE YOU CREDITS AT CLOSING FOR USING HIS PARTNER FOR CREDIT MONITORING OR A CREDIT AT CLOSING FOR THEIR UNNECESSARY NONSENSE ITS ALL JUST A SALES PITCH! HIS WORDS!
