The service guy checked the date on the pump…read morecalled the manufacture and found it was still under warranty and told me I would get paid back for a new one .He ordered the pump in thier name but wanted me to pick it up and leave the old one with the dealer to return . I was told he had this all worked out with the dealer on the phone. I did this and the pump was put in I was told the refund would take at least a month and would come to them and they would pass it on to me . I called in a month and half to check on it they say they know nothing about it and have no record of it. So I am out $1200 that I should have been paid back for the new pump. I guess its my fault for not getting it all in writing but I thought they could be trusted.

I paid for a service call and the service technician came to the home and told us we had a leak in…read moreour system due to the age of the system. Never hooked anything up. Told us we needed new coils $3500 but recommended new system up to $19,000. I had another company come out and do a pressure test and found no leaks. We had a service completed (cleaned the coils and did some minor work) cost $1200. When you pay for a service it would be nice to get a service and multiple options to help the customer out.
