I have used UPS stores before for my shipping needs and always had satisfactory results. I reached out to the store and was placed in contact with the owner, Danielle. I explained that I needed to ship 42, seven-pound, fragile pieces of electronic equipment internationally, on a deadline. Danielle managed this task from start to finish and exceeded my expectations in every way. Danielle and her staff have earned my admiration and my highest praise for a job well-done.
