They were all awesome people to work with. However, today is October 13, and I was called about an hour before them coming out, yet again, to FINISH, the job that was initiated Oct 4th. Because of another job, I was the customer who was called multiple times by Lori, who I say again was extremely apologetic and tried to make me a satisfied customer, to cancel the date previously scheduled. It appears the boss/manager SHERI does not care in the treatment of her customers and did not even offer to speak to me not even ONCE. I think I spoke with Lori over 8-10 times, or more, where she was trying to make things work. I have a family and a career that I had to continuously schedule around, request off, and did SHERI get on the line once, NOPE! She does not care that I'm losing money, wasting time, and quite frankly extremely upset with the customer service she promotes as a team leader. Shame on you! Again, thank you to all the guys who conducted work here at my home, and to Lori who had to call me when she literally was like, "NO, NOT HER AGAIN!!" It would have been nice if they let us know a promotion was forthcoming but nope. Their representative at the show blew us off claiming there was nothing that could be done, phone center's in Atlanta etc.., I had even asked when making the appointment if any promotions were available and was told none were. Making a big deal out of the "sky bell" camera. He must have gone to the wrong address because I was ready to head out with my dog and kept opening the front door to check for his vehicle since there was no knock or doorbell ring..
