WORST EXPERIENCE Got Mark Gaffney from Drains Assist in…read moreNov18 to install a new shower room, he said would take 4 days. Day 2 they destroyed my Dyson hoover, hoovering up wet plaster. Day 3 his tiler bailed on him, the next day 2 young lads appeared at my door, recruited through Facebook with little to no tiling experience. Mark never met or used them before. After 4 days of disastrous tiling Mark told them to go. Week 2, little progress and still no shower. Then came the leaks, damaging the new basin cupboard, carpets and ceiling downstairs. Took more than 3 weeks to get a usable bathroom, but the next 5 MONTHS issues with the towel heater, excess tile grout and shower leaks persisted. Eventually the ceiling downstairs collapsed as the leak was not fixed for weeks. Mark's approach, I am a man of my word and will always come back to fix things, my approach, do it right the first time. 6 months later, after endless attempts I gave up and ask Mark to go, I will pay a professional to come and fix the mess.
