NEVER received a reply from him or whoever answers the phone at the "office". Finally received a call from one of his minions on 24 October. The person stated he was asked by Bryce to call us and say that he cannot do the job. Now, after three months, we have to find another company.

Review of Josh Keely aka Redbeard Our neighbor of 9 years…read moreintroduced us to Josh to seal leaks between the roof and carport and front awning. Our neighbor is Josh's grandmother and she stated he did good work. Since I was not allowed to go on the roof due to recent medical problems we hired him. We asked Josh if the work was done by the hour or job, and he said he would be fair. Bottom line, after seeing his work ethics we would NOT recommend or hire him again for any job for the following reasons. Josh was late every day that he did show up. On 3 occasions (dates and times agreed on) he never did show and set up new dates and times. He has no respect for your time at all. Second problem, in our opinion he is drastically over priced for the job to be done. There is one positive, it appears he does good work if he finishes the job, which he did not. I guess we will find out when it rains if he did actually do a good job. For those who want the detail below is a day by day accounting of Josh's work ethics. Sept 15th- Josh was contacted to review the work to be done. He said he would be out at 10am Sept 17th. Sept 17th- No show , we were told by his grandmother he couldn't make it and he would be out 18th at 10 am. Sept 18th- Josh showed up late at 10:45 am , 45 minutes late. He looked at the work said he would be fair and wanted to start on Sept 23rd at 9am. Date was set. Sept 23rd- Said he could not make it on Monday the 23rd . He wanted to make it Tuesday the 24th at 9am. Said fine. Sept 24th- Josh contacted us on the 24th at 8:30 and wanted to change time to 10am. He did show up at 11:15 am and started work. 1 hour and 15 minutes late. Worked a couple of hours and wanted to come back on Thursday Sept 26th at 8:30am to do more work. Time and date set. We asked him if we should pay him for what he had done today. He said no need. Sept 26th- Josh showed up at 9:30, 1 hour late and did additional work. Josh worked a couple of hours. Josh wanted to make the next appointment for Monday Sept 30th at 9am. Agreed date and time set to finish the work. We asked if we should pay him for some of his work. He said yes and that we owed him $415. He stated he gave us a discount as his normal rate is $100 per hour. We were surprised as the normal handyman rate for construction by handyman in our neighborhood is $45 per hour We paid it and just wanted him to finish the work. Sept 29th- Contacted us at 6pm Sunday and wanted to change the Monday Sept 30th appt to Tuesday Oct 1st at 9am. We agreed Just finish the job. Sept 30th- Josh contacts us at 5pm Monday and wants to change our Tuesday 9am Oct 1st appointment to 12 noon. He said he needed to run to Weiser to look at another job. This would not work for us and we suggested Oct 2nd at 9 am. He said no, he was coming at noon Oct 1st. He said the 2nd would not work for him as he wanted to go to the mountains. Oct 1st- You guessed it Josh did not show up on time again. He showed up at 1pm an hour late. This was to finish the job. He said it would take one hour. We told him we changed our appointment to later to accommodate him. Then he shows up an hour late. Told him to finish the job and we would leave his final payment with his grandmother (our neighbor). We left he started to work. We returned later that day after our appointment and he did not finish the job. He did tell his grandmother he did and took his final payment money.

He crushed it, filled it with sand, and covered it so it wouldn't be a hazard. Then he filled in the trench and you wouldn't know the yard had been excavated. Throughout the process, he answered our questions and gave us estimates. Our yard looks great, and we have plumbing that drains.

Maybe they know what they're doing with other disaster restoration services, but these guys are…read moreclueless when it comes to mold remediation. We are in the process of buying a home and during our inspection found mold in the attic and crawlspace. The seller did not want to use the mold remediation company we suggested and decided to go with Complete Restoration Services as a cheaper option. CRS came out, did their thing, and claimed the job was done. We had our reinspection and there was still mold everywhere in the attic and crawlspace. We took 5 samples and paid for them to be tested. All 5 came back with extremely high levels of mold only days after the remediation. CRS came back out, did their thing, and told us that now the job was done. Our inspector went back out and there was still mold everywhere. The seller was done with CRS and wanted to have a different company come out to finish the job, but CRS is demanding payment so now they are coming out a THIRD time. We'll see if they actually remediate the mold, but I'm not confident. At this point CRS has single-handedly pushed our closing date back by several weeks. Papers are signed, all other contingencies satisfied, but CRS is simply not capable of remediating mold. They are charging the seller $4,472. Red Truck Disaster Response (a capable and reputable mold remediation contractor) quoted $5,675. The $1,200 saved is not worth it when it comes to your health, skip CRS and go straight to Red Truck.

Buyer beware when dealing with this company. We called them to ask them to come and check out an…read moreoutlet that wasn't working. This company supposedly does not charge for estimates. The electrician came out and told us that the job would cost at least $1000 because they would have to cut through the concrete. He did not give us a firm estimate because we knew that was much more than we were willing to spend. The electrician told us that there would be no charge since he didn't do anything. Imagine our surprise when we received a bill from Doherty Electric a week or so later for $65 for a "service call". When we spoke to them about it, they said they deserved something for coming out and looking at the outlet and breaker box. After some discussion we told them we would pay the bill and write a bad review about the experience. At that point the owner told us that he'd rather we didn't write a bad review and not to pay, but we sent the check anyway because we don't want another surprise bill from a collection company after they told us again there would be "no charge". I cannot speak to the quality of their work as their electrician didn't do any. But I would not recommend doing business with them unless you get everything in writing up front. They are not ethical or trustworthy.

My HOA hired Steele to pour a concrete pickleball court last summer, their first one, as stated on…read moretheir FB page. Perhaps the first time he's poured concrete. Edges are wavy? (photo.) My main concern is the damage he did to my property, not the court. His cement tube ran down HOA property (photo) next to my home. Instead of anchoring it in the center of the sidewalk, it was free to slam into my brick and iron fencing. I had JUST installed the wrought iron with a plumb-line the week before. It was poker straight and a difficult job for this senior- 70 next month. I have replaced knees and arthritic hands. The brick banged into the wrought iron and chipped paint off the first two iron pieces (photo.) Then knocked the entire iron fencing out of alignment. It also pushed the end of the brick fence in (photo.) Bottom brick was hit repeatedly by heavy cement hose and pushed out of place. It had to be taken down to straighten it. Lucky the unsecured cement hose didn't damage my vinyl fence! It did however, put a deep groove in the landscape rock in front of it belonging to the HOA (photo.) Since HOA was paying, he fixed that right away. Mike, a neighbor, told Ricky he fixed it. He tried, but skipped some painting and what was done was marginal. A shiny wrought iron finish should be spray painted, not dabbed on in globs. When I asked Mike if he was going to straighten the wrought iron, he said it was crooked before Steele started, as if he had "inspected" my home prior. I don't fault Mike. He is older than me and not responsible for fixing Steele's damage. I text Ricky numerous times, he promised he would come and fix it--initially. This job was Aug. 16, 2024. By mid Sept. Ricky was full of Christian promises, but remained MIA. I spent time cleaning all the concrete dust off the shiny, new wrought iron because it will discolor it. A dust storm from cutting a sidewalk next to my property blew all over my deck, newly laid landscape rock, the wrought iron fence and my home. See photo with arrows showing where I cleaned a top piece of the iron fence and the lower still full of dust. According to Google, if concrete dust is left to snow and rain on a painted finish, it will ruin the shine. By the end of Oct. he promised to send someone, but didn't. I tracked my hours at $25/hr and told him he owed me $62.50 for the concrete dust clean up of 35ft. of long curly fencing. He simply said, "OK, God Bless." He never came to the job site or sent me a check. I got sick last fall and could give no more attention to Ricky Stelle. 2025 Sept. 9, I contacted him again. I reminded him I still had to do his review of never fixing the damage to my property. Following is our text on FaceBook: Ricky: Absolutely, you really should. Or instead, you should do yourself a favor and pick up a bible and read it. I will drop one off if you need?? My family and I will keep praying for you God bless Me: You come onto my property, you destroy things, and you don't fix it. Do you think your life review in front of the Lord is going to be a good one? What you are doing is hiding behind Him "acting" like you're a Christian. I know the Bible. I was raised Catholic. I also know when somebody takes advantage of senior citizens and that would be you. I helped some senior's kids win that case in court. You can preach all you want, but I wouldn't want to be standing in your shoes on Judgement Day. And what is crazy it's about a 30 minute job. You promised to come and you never did. God saw that happen too. I'll be 70 next month. I worked super hard on all of that fencing that you didn't mind trashing. I don't need your blessings, prayers or your Bible. I have several. What I needed was for you to act like a professional and fix the fence that you damaged. Ricky: Mike told me he would take care of it. I'm really sorry.
