I used to own and work within my own upscale remodeling company doing all specialized drywall work myself. I just don't want to do it any more at age 71. Cody requested a 2:30 appointment on 12/31. We accommodated. He canceled offering Saturday at noon. He canceled again offering 4 pm. He never called nor showed up. At 5:30 I wrote telling him we would find another contractor. The bottom line of his replies was two fold. He saw this as a blessing since he already had too many customers and after I told him again that we were through, he sent 3 texts. Then told me to stop texting him even though last 3 were from him. Do not hire this company. He already has too many customers according to him. He has no time for you.

He was very professional, knowledgeable, communicated well, and was so kind when my kids asked him questions about the work he was doing. Additionally, he paid very close attention to detail, getting every nook and cranny correct. The final result is exactly what we had hoped for and after having such a fantastic experience, we wouldn't consider anyone else if we need drywall work again.
