Today, Christmas Eve, was the only day that my mom, my sister and I had to go dress shopping. The ladies here opened their store just for our appointment, and we couldn't have had a better time helping my baby sister find her perfect dress. The selection is big, the dresses are beautiful, and the atmosphere was that perfect small shop feel. It was exactly what my sister had been looking for. Well we were wrong the minute walking in, there was no effort to making the bride to be feel special. The associate did ask for pictures and the bride showed her and she specifically said no strapless. Well that was the first dress she put her in, we did finish the appointment and at the end she did say "well you find the dress you are looking for out there" and then the associate had the nerve to call the bride an hour later to say we found this dress and sent a picture, she couldn't of found that when we were there! I feel like she could have been more professional. The vibe was very flat and very disappointing for a first time!
