I've been more successful searching their website which gives you the aisle number of where to locate an item in your selected store. Instead, the order has to be received, then taken to the store for a refund. Anyone ordering Joann's online store should be aware. I did not see a policy regarding cancelation. I am debating whether or not to continue shopping in-store. Joann's is not the only craft store in the area. I spoke to the employee respectfully as should we all. Not only did they seem irritated by my inquiries, but their responses were obviously in an aggravated manner. It felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. This level of customer service is unacceptable and left me with a very negative impression of the store. I hope management addresses this issue, as it's essential for staff to be courteous and helpful. I normally visit the Joann's in Macon and the ladies there are extremely kind and helpful. I was in WR for an errand and decided to stop at this Joann's branch for convenience and the joy of visiting my favorite hobby store. However, in return, it was a letdown.
