Gilberto and his crew knocked it out of the park! I have an acre lot and the back section was overgrown with three foot high weeds, probably a half acre or more. They worked tirelessly for two full days and cleared everything out down to the dirt. Then finished it up with weed killer. Very happy with it all! Hard work and strong work ethics is held with this landscaping company. We probably have close to 30 pine trees around a two acre space with pine needles that have piled up for the past 10 or more years. In addition to that, we had a huge pile of demo from a project. As a typical AV Spring week goes, there was tornado wind some days, and heat other days. Their employee worked hard through it all, and left our yard cleared-filling up a 40 yd dumpster. I can't believe I haven't written this review earlier. Gilbert and his team have been doing my lawn maintenance for 2 years. They initially planted the Sod and fixed the sprinkler system in my backyard that I needed replaced. They also, fixed a bad tree removal job that a PREVIOUS company had done incorrectly in my front yard. Now my grass in the front/back yard is nicely manicured. The initial replacement was done fast and efficiently. What ever prep he used before laying the Sod has allowed my grass to flourish and come back every year. Gilbert is able to diagnose any issues, trouble shoot, correct the problem without delay. Wouldn't recommend... didn't do what he said he was going to do. He just left an uneven ground as he laid the sod.

Salinas and his crew did an excellent job and on time. His rates are reasonable. We had sod laid, palm trees, oleanders and bonsai trimmed. He also changed our sprinkler heads, control and stations, They work better than ever. He ran into a snag of when we had a tree removed, the ORIGINAL person who removed it, didn't remove the stump.
