I just got a pool and some brick work done in my yard and landscaping was the final step. I needed rock, grass, trees and irrigation done. Received a last min notification that some family would be coming into town, and my yard was out of control! Over grown grass, dead weeds, etc. definitely not presentable to family, and I'm sure my neighbors were getting annoyed that I haven't fixed my lawn mower yet lol. I definitely recommend Flores landscaping! I needed a portion of my backyard prepped and ready to go for sod installation. This was a pretty big job. This required a large amount of leveling and de-weeding, new irrigation, and fertilized soil. They were very prompt with responding and arrived at their designated time to start the job. They said it would take them one full day, however, like I said it was a big job and they ended up needing one extra full day. I was totally okay with this because I wanted my yard to be exceptional once completed! We ran into zero issues during the process which was nice. I found this business on here and thought I would give them a chance. I originally contacted Frank regarding a wood fence that had was giving way. He showed up and gave us an estimate. The neighbor had ended up doing a tempotary fix so we ended up waiting on it. Then we decided to fix our back yard since it was all dirt. Again he made time and gave us an estimate(on a Monday)for not only for stump removal, sod and a sprinkler system, but to lay concrete for a dog run and curving aswell. We asked when can him and his hardworking team can start, they started on Wednesday and finished on Saturday. Frank and his team, did an outstanding job clearing the stump, leveling the dirt and finding solutions to certain obstacles they encountered. There was always communication on what was needed to be done, or if something needed to be changed. We ended up wanting to plant a new tree, he found us a mature tree and very healthy. Frank is always made sure that we liked the quality of the job which is he went above and beyond. At the end, they cleaned the property and did a great job. Overall, my family are very happy that we now have a nice back yard to enjoy quality family time. Just as notes: the space from the curving to the wood fence was left untouched since he'll be coming back to put a new fence. Made contact pretty quickly and scheduled an appointment for 3 days later. Showed up on time. However he seemed very disinterested and did a quick diagnostic evaluation of our grass issues and the leak in the irrigation system. He left saying he would get back with us in a couple of days. My yards were severely overgrown due to recent rains. Javier and his crew arrived early morning and worked through most of the day. The weeds were all cut down and cleared out. The shrubs and bushes were neatly trimmed. Growth sprouting from paving was cleared out. Weed spray was applied to control future growth. Everything was raked and swept clean.
