While I can't say anything about the experience of the first reviewer I can say that I've been a patient here for the last five years (ever since I moved to Preston) and I've never had a problem with my check-ups or treatment. The staff have been friendly and professional and I've been able to get appointments at 8:30 in the morning - so from personal experience I know that the earliest appointment isn't 9:30!

I was referred by my usual dentist, as I needed a complicated wisdom tooth extraction and he thought this dentist was an expert in this field. I was quite nervous, however the dentist put me at my ease went through the procedure, giving me all options before he did anything. As I was staying awake throughout the procedure, he made it clear that he would stop at any time and put me out. He then took out my wisdom tooth, stopping every few minutes so that I could rest my jaw. The dentist and his assistant gave me some after care advice and told me to ring if I had any problems at all. It went fine and if I knew it was going to be that easy, I wouldn't have been worried at all. First class care - highly recommended.

The hygienists here are also really good, they explain what's going on in my mouth and how to maximise the benefits of my oral hygiene routine. I would recommend this practice to everyone. I originally found them through NHS choices and they were very highly rated on there. I was looking to have my rather horrible wonky teeth sorted out for my upcoming. The website was awash with promises of what they could offer me, of how easy it would be etc and my honest initial feeling was one of "This sounds too good to be true" but I quickly found upon meeting them all, that it wasn't, they really are just that good at what they do. I'm through the process now of having braces and all that goes with that process and despite the obvious issues of having braces, I don't have a single issue or complaint about Khalid or his team. Exemplary service and support from everyone there. Couldn't be more pleased with end result. Not just clean, straight teeth but a new found passion my overall oral hygiene that will ensure they stay that way. Cant recommend Bank View Smile Studios highly enough. If you are considering having some dental work done or just want a new dentist, just go for it, you will not be disappointed.

I have been a…read morepatient at this practice for a while now and can honestly say it is the best practice I have ever been to. All the staff take a lot of time to look after the patients and make you feel very special. I have seen both the dentists in the past (they are husband and wife) and one of the therapists (Beckie) who has helped me with my dental hygiene, and they are all excellent. I have recommended this practice to many of my family and friends and they have all told me how gtreat it is, so if you are looking for a well run friendly dentist who will really look after you this is the place. I subscribe via an insurance plan, which does work out pricey at over £40 a month, but this covers my husband and our two children. The reception is elegantly decorated and there are magazines and a tv to watch, while you are waiting. The receptionist is always courteous and very helpful. There is a hygienist on site, who you have to see to meet the terms of your plan. Most importantly, they always fit you in if it is an emergency, which gives you a feeling of confidence. There is parking at the side and a couple of spaces at the front. It is closed on Friday afternoon though. Recommended.
