She took our pictures in late July, my whole family was vacationing in Lake Tahoe, so we took pictures in the Carson Valley while on vacation. The shoot went great, I asked her to send me an invoice and it never came. It is now MID September and I have emailed, texted, and called with no response. No idea what happened but if you are looking for good customer service I suggest looking elsewhere. It is such a disappointment as I have no idea when my family will be back together again and I was hoping to use these pictures for Holiday cards.
