Then they sent the wrong flooring and again couldn't get any reply, after sending about 8 emails I had to email the owning company to get them to chase it and what a surprise they emailed saying they hadn't had anything from me.. photo evidence supplied! They accepted they had sent the wrong product but won't offer any compensation for the stress and inconvenience they have caused from lack of response and the website being down for nearly a month! Finally managed to speak to someone but of course the company name was different again to flooring megastore so beware who you are dealing with. They have accepted to return the items and a full refund but doesn't help me being out of pocket.
