I am very pleased to say that Gina did an excellent job for booking a vacation for me and my best friend. It was the first time we were going to Miami and we didn't know the area at all, so after she assured us that she can help us find all the hotspots we were at ease. She hooked us up to the hottest hotel in Miami , she was able to get us a full week stay with airfare included at Fontainebleau for $1,000 dollars clean. She accepts credit cards and she gives you about 24 hours to hold a spot for you before you make a decision. Everything can be done over the phone and email so you do not have to travel all the way to her office. She really did go above and beyond to make our vacation special, she gave us a list of places to try, a great view in our hotel room and she always answers the phone so she is easy to reach. There was an issue where she was promising us spending credit at the hotel through her whole sale group, but that promotion wasn't valid for the type of package we had, so she took care of the problem immediately by having the whole sale company call us and give us spending credit straight to our credit card instead. Overall gina is professional and has a lot of patience, I cant wait to book my next trip with her. I like how she does trips all over the world, not just within the states, so she has so much to offer her customers. read more

I started thinking about my recent bachelorette party last week in Cancun back in October 2015.
