I had a electric bill of $800 or better for at least 4 months and my house was cold all winter. I had to threaten to put my rent in escrow before they sent someone out to take a look. It turned out I didn't have any Freon in the system. After charging the system my bill went from $800 to about $250. I had a roof leak that was never fixed. When paying over 3k a month on time every month you expect a certain quality of living and they didn't provide that but they sent out the reminder early every month for your payment. The reminder was the only thing that was consistent. The property manager is very rude and unprofessional. When I didn't renew my lease she started scheduling people to come and see the property before the middle of my last month. She also was trying to dictate when people were coming into my home to view the property instead of asking what were good times for me. She attempted to have people access my home while my children were home without a adult presence, after I told her it wasn't a good time for me. Sure my daughter is 15 but who really wants unknown people in the house alone with your 15 year old daughter? After a dispute in emails about how and when I would allow people in my home to show the property the management company took me court to have me removed from the property before the end of my lease and 11 months of on time payments. I did say 11 months of on time payments because my security deposit was equivalent to my last months rent I didn't feel comfortable paying them the last month and possibly having to fight to get my security deposit. The case to have me removed was dropped by the court house because I moved before my lease was up. This management company is highly unprofessional and money hungry.

Unit was completely different in both cleanliness and disrepair from when it was viewed until start of my lease - I was then told that *I* had to submit a repair request. It is the 4th day of my lease and I am unable to park and stay here because I was just notified that a request needed to be made to the condo association for a parking permit. Lease asks the tenant to have a professional cleaning service at move-out, but the condition I was provided is very unacceptable with grease/food stains in kitchen walls, counter is coming apart, almost every single wall has multiple nail holes and large marks, and the dining room light fixture is hanging from the ceiling with wires revealed.
