She showed up to my "For Sale By Owner" property as a potential buyer and after asking a few questions I found out that she was actually a realtor. Ended up listing the home with her because she made great promises that we could sell AS-IS and get the number I needed to make it work. But then once we started getting offers she was always asking me to make repairs. If it wouldn't have been for the buyers already having paid for some appraisals and inspections, I would canceled the deal a week before closing. The property was empty and vandalized shortly after I spoke with her broker about all of the issues I had been having. It was the worst experience with any realtor I have ever used (and I've used around 20 over the past 20 yrs).
