Don's was not the lowest quote, but they've been around a long time and have serviced some of the homes on our street as well as my relatives. The work was scheduled a couple days later. The day of the scheduled work the crew arrived and waited a good 40 minutes for the main tree cutter to arrive with the "lift" truck. Once they got started they worked very well. Four hours later I looked outside and the whole crew and equipment was gone, leaving my front yard looking like a hurricane had hit it. The back and side yards were clean of all debris. I made a couple calls to the office to let them l know our expectation was that the yard would be left clean by the end of the day. Two hours later two men returned to clean up the debris. Overall the company does good work. The office lady, Sandra, is a gem! Excellent customer service. The workers who came to our home were all professional and well mannered.. however I had to tell them what we paid for.. they had basic instructions, although a detail proposal was written.
