He was very kind and did a great job of calming me down and convincing me that everything would be taken care of. He sent someone out to put tarps over the holes in the roof until the tree could be removed and the roof repaired. He somehow did this in the dark. Then Steve came again to check the tarps over the weekend since rain was predicted. Repair Masters dealt with my insurance company and that went very smoothly. The crew who came to work on the roof were here promptly at 7am and were very professional. They finished what seemed to be a big job in a day and a half and cleaned up when they finished. I was told it would take 1-2 days when I was given the estimate. The job was completed in a day and a half. It looks great! It came in just a little over the estimate due to the extra materials needed to complete the job properly. I believe the price was fair. When he did our roof we received two plywood panels that the company used to keep our garage from getting messed up during the tear down. The wood panels were then placed on our roof where the plywood was not doing as well as the other pieces. Corey's team started at around 7AM and they were done by 4PM even with doing the house across the street. We have a large roof and it's obvious the Central Roofing employees move much faster than others. With that being said, our home then received energy efficiency treatment from Ameren that fall and the Ameren employee was a former roofer.
