James sent a crew out for the trim replacement and they finished the demo and installation in one day. My clients had a few issues with some cuts and debris that was left in the yard, but James had it taken care of by the next day. I was able to pay Jim through a direct bank transfer which saved me fees and travel expenses from Austin to Dallas. James had good communication throughout the project and immediately addressed any problem areas. They were supposedly reordered the day of installation, June, and its 4 months later and we STILL do not have them. We are constantly calling and getting one excuse after another from the owner.
