Gaby is a true professional. She LISTENS to her customers and reiterates what they want BEFORE beginning any cut. Her service is impeccable and her work is immaculate. I am quite picky when it comes to hair, and I would certainly recommend her to family and friends! The only thing I question is the cleanliness of the salon outside of her space - it is a salon that is shared by other stylists. This is, of course, no fault of hers. She mentioned that she is planning on buying a separate space for her business, and I am certain that her new space will be clean, tidy, and very posh. Even before the appointment Gabby texted me to let me know exactly where the place was which I really appreciated. She was so nice. She gave me exactly what I needed and then some because she cut my hair initially and she asked me if I was OK with that and I actually wanted it more layered and she knew exactly what I needed. Vanessa Cortez is the worlds GREATEST masseuse and together she and Gabby @ Holy Cloud 9 make the perfect pair when you are in need of great hair and a relaxed and stress free body, mind & soul. I suffer from grand mal seizures that I call "stress seizures" as they only occur at times of extremely high stress in my life. I had been taking 2 daily prescriptions (one being Xanax!) for approximately 10 years, during which time I continued to suffer seizures, but now, thanks to Vanessa's therapeutic massages, I have been seizure free for close to a year, all while after having stopped taking my meds.
