I waited 4 weeks for my new glasses to arrive only to find the prescription wasn't right. So they rechecked my eyes and after 2 weeks the glasses arrived again only to find out the prescription wasn't correct, for the second time. They wanted to try again and I told them I wanted my money refunded because they couldn't guarantee the next set would be correct. They refunded my money for the frames and only 40% of lenses. The problem wasn't my fault. It's was there's and the labs mistake. I will never use these people again. I paid over $850 for frames and lens and they only refunded me a little over $400. They also used my insurance for the eye exam. I'm not only out my money but my insurance benefits for this year. I will never recommend this place and will let everyone I know what they did.

Everything went according to plan and the kid is growing into a really pretty smile and hopefully a lack of problems in the future. To that end, Dr. Brunson talks to my son... I'm in the room and he's sure I know exactly what's going on, but more importantly (in my opinion), he's sure that my son understands. Now, me... Well, last week I started having pain associated with a filling that had come out. I haven't been to the dentist for anything but routine cleaning in awhile and knew this knew this issue would need to be handled with care. So... A tube of lidocaine and bottle of Advil later I decided that I'd stop procrastinating and called yesterday afternoon. They got me in 1st thing this morning and I ended up having to have a root canal. I explained my anxiety around dentistry and actually felt heard. Dr. Brunson's chair side manner is also extremely helpful. I felt involved (if that makes sense?). He tells you what he's about to do and why he's about to do it before he does it and let's you know what to expect. He insists that you experience no pain related to what he's doing. And I didn't until it was almost over -- because it was over. The medicine had worn off and 3 hours and a sore jaw later (ugh), I was out the door. In closing... finally. From the willingness of the pleasant staff to the home like atmosphere of the well decorated and always clean office, I definitely recommend Dr. Brunson and Legacy Dental.

The QR code sent me to a website. The website said I had a zero balance. So naturally there was not anything to pay. Then I get a notice that my bill was sent to a collection agency. So how can you pay a bill without a balance. Seems sketchy to myself. If I can help it I will not be back here for myself. They need to sell to UAB so we can have a decent hospital in the area!

I can…read morehonestly say the doctors and staff of the Emergency room, ICU, and Cardial Step Down Unit saved my life. My understanding is I put the staff trough "Hell" my first day there. I don't remember anything about the first two or three days there. They sedated me. I was their guest from July 4 to July 10th. I can't remeber all the doctors, but I do remember Dr.Patel, Dr.Higgins, and Dr,O. I can honestly say these wonderful people saved my life. The housekeeping staff, nurses, and food service also played a great role in saving my life as well. They all deserve a world of credit. By-the-way people say hospital food is bad...not at Riverview. I and my wife found their food to be quiet good. God Bless the staff there!
