The reason for the "cool down period" was because this was one of the most stressful times of my life and I had to separate emotion from reason when making my assessment. The truth is, after speaking with others who have gone through this process with EXIT REALTY, I found that my experience was normal and even on the less stressful side of the coin. One thing that separated this company from others was the preparation they put in for all of the requested task. This could have been a much more stressful event had I gone with any competitor based on my previous experiences with other Realty Companies in the area, I know because I have already experienced it (Won't say the name but there aren't many of those around here, so you do the math), The realtor, Brian Madsen had excellent customer service skills and practically called me, text me or emailed me to update me on the sale of the property while I was out of town.
