Dropped the box off maybe 10th of December and had it all back before the 20th I believe. Fast turn around. Great quality. The flash drive USB side did not work for us on the computer or TV, but the USBC side did. I think their prices are fair, especially if you want to go local instead of shipping your materials to get converted out of city/state. I used legacy box for VHS and I honestly prefer the quicker and easier process of dropping these off and picking them up. The worker showed me how to access the videos, everything came out perfect and made a great gift!

We ordered a huge circular sign to hang over an exhibit hall that turned out great and was very easy to set up and tear down. For a second show, they had the perfect solution for a very awkward space that we were assigned. We had to submit the order last minute, and because of the quick turnaround, we needed to ship directly to the show. Not only did Zilla do this, but they offered a ton of set up advice and even set the entire display up to take pictures and send to our sales team (who will be setting up at the show).
