Pricing is fair and it's nice to support a locally-owned business. In the past, I have mailed my photos to a service out of state. I prefer to know that my photos are in town and can be easily retrieved. The quality of the scans have been great (600 dpi) and loaded onto a disk that can be easily uploaded. They also offer a USB if you want that.
