They will work with anyone at any level. My experience is that it is a very safe, inclusive space. I didn't feel uncomfortable or like I needed to be in shape before I went to the place to get in shape! The studio is beautiful and small. Classes will never be 20-30 people; I would guess 7-10 would be the max. I love it! There's a really sweet space to get water, make tea, etc. They have all the equipment needed, so you don't have to schlep it from home. I alternated seeing Hayden and Matt. I then had a cardiac incident, not at Select Physical Theraphy. When I came to my next appointment with Hayden I told him about it. He decided to give me a gental session and said they might not want to treat me anymore but he wasn't sure. I thanked him and asked to be called if they decided not to continue with me. Not getting a call I showed up for my next session with Matt. He told me he did not want to treat me anymore. I complained about coming there for nothing that day and about other things ,like him setting me up to excercise in the past and then walking away and chit chating with another theraphist. I never raised my voice or used profanity when I told him he treated me in an unprofessional manner. An hour after getting home, I was called by a crisis councilor. Matt had called 911 saying I was a danger to other people and had threatened him. Also my insurance company was billed, even though no services (other than trying to get me in trouble with the law) were rendered that day. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
