I reached out to let them know immediately. I was told that 'they are a small business so they don't give refunds'. This makes no sense.?!? I, too, have a small business and I've given refunds over the years to folks who couldn't use my services...especially due to a medical issue. Having a small business still means that you manage your income and services to be sure you are taking care of customers. It's not ethical to take people's money for services they will never be able to use. I almost never write negative reviews but was floored by this. I want to let others know before you purchase with them.

Our instructor did a fantastic job of leading the class and was so patient. All the while a friendly gentleman (I believe her hubby) made sure we all got some quality goat action! No one left unsatisfied that they didn't get the full run yoga experience! I went on my own because I'm a one man wolf pack. Maila is like being in a river, one exercise flowing seamlessly into the other. John has a more studied approach, considering each movement before moving to the next. Classes are small and both instructors are great at providing individual attention and support. Pilates builds strength and improves balance and posture. I talked with Jason and got a tour of the studio before their soft opening and it looks really cool. The 60 minutes clases are split in spin/strength/yoga. Pretty complete workouts. Highly recommended to get back in shape. Also, I think they will be offering Child Care at certain times.
