Terrible customer service. I've been to dozens of Ramen restaurants. And this is the worst one. Will never come back again.

Despite the lack of a business sign, there was crazy fanfare while dining here for lunch today. I had to wait about 30 minutes for a table, and unfortunately with the demand here you may have to wait outside. They don't have a system yet where they could call/text you to know when your table's ready. There was a bit of a fantasy theme with the menus here, as some of the items make you think of role playing games like Runescape or League of Legends. Even their website screams fairy tale/fantasy/video game themed. I had The Oak Ramen, which consisted of pork and chicken based kale milk soup, pork katsu, egg, dill, corn, wood ear mushroom, leek, onion flakes, black garlic oil, and sesame. This is one of the most unique bowls of ramen I've had, it's a diversion from your traditional chashu ramen. Their bowl is gigantic, though their portion sizes are only average to above average. You have a choice between their traditional ramen or thinner-style ramen, but I suggest traditional here. I can say in terms of the noodles, this is the best in the city. However I found the pork katsu didn't really fit in with the ramen; I would've preferred chashu for sure. I also had a Sylph matcha milkshake. I liked it, though $10 is slightly steep in my opinion. Service was a bit disorganized, and they need a numbering system if the demand they have for this place holds, because there were way too many people crowding the entrance. Hopefully they'll solve that eventually. Isekai is definitely now the best ramen place in the city. I'm sure they'll solve their teething issues with service and organization.
